A pub takeover is an exciting opportunity to transform your business into an authentic Czech pub. We bring the best of Czech tapping traditions, culture, and expertise to the global stage. Parts of the takeover can be:

Czech Lager on Tap: If you don’t have any Czech-style lagers on tap but would like to have them for the pub takeover don’t worry, we will take care of it.

Tapping School for Your Guests: An immersive experience for your guests, where our master bartenders will teach them to tap traditional Czech pour types (including Hladinka, Šnyt, Mlíko and Čochtan).

Comprehensive staff training in beer care
We will teach your staff everything they need to know about proper beer care in your restaurant or bar. We train tapsters, bartenders as well as service and managerial staff. The training can be fully tailored to your business needs, but generally consists of:

Proper Tap Hygiene: We ensure staff are properly trained in maintaining clean taps and their surroundings for optimal beer quality.

Glassware Care: Even when using dishwashers, it’s crucial to follow specific procedures like pre-soaking to guarantee perfect glass cleanliness.

Pouring Techniques: We demonstrate various pouring styles, explaining how foam influences the beer’s taste and why it’s essential. Note: These pouring techniques can apply not only to lagers but to various beer styles.

Beer Storage Consultations: Learn why preventing temperature shocks is crucial and how to properly store beer for the best taste and freshness.
Expert Brewing Consultation on Czech Lager
