What do we do?
We develop beer technologies, we set standards for beer care and we are preserving the bartending craft for future generations. We train bartenders and sanitation technicians, we carry out sanitation, we build taps. We treat beer with care regardless of the brand or location. And with our beer catering, we can come to you anywhere.
Course, beer tours and events
Combine your love of beer with our courses, beer walks or various events for companies. We organise courses, beer tours and events that combine experiences with craft. You will learn how to recognise correctly poured beer wherever you happen to be – or you can pour it yourself.
Beer catering
Treat yourself to beer like that you get from Lokál, wherever you are – at a wedding, a party, a company event or even at your cottage. We will rent you a tap and we’ll even throw in an experienced bartender if you want.
Sanitation
We sanitise draft-beer equipment according to PSSNC procedures at all Lokál and Ambiente establishments. If you need to check the condition of your taps, carry out a sanitation check or train a sanitation technician, contact us at institutpivo@ambi.cz.
Beer the Czech way
We are teaching the world how to properly take care of beer. We are sharing the traditions of Czech beer culture and, together with leading breweries, brewmasters and suppliers, we are setting standards that inspire pubs around the world.
